Annual Meeting Plan Summary
What is the Annual Planning Conference Summary (APCS)? This is a document that the senior patrol completes every May that outlines all Tuesday meetings for the next program year including Tuesday meeting themes and assigned program patrols, as well as camping trip dates, trip registration deadlines, council and district training opportunities, etc. The APCS is a "working document" and it will change several times. We will try to update you when a new revision of the APCS is published. Note that we do not capture all District, Council, and OA activity dates except those that apply directly to us (e.g., Spring Camporee), Please routinely check the calendars for each of those and also look for information in the Newsletter related to them.
